Why we started
We saw plans being spent without lives being changed.
We have spent many years working across community service sectors, including housing, disability, respite care, children's services, homelessness and child protection. Along the way we noticed a common challenge: many families with NDIS plans weren't getting the value they deserved, and often spent their funds without seeing real benefits.
With a desire to make a positive change, we started Independence Pathways with one clear goal: to provide personalised support that truly benefits participants. We deliver high quality services while keeping the business sustainable, covering costs and generating a modest surplus so we can keep making an impact in our community.
